This 3-part series is an excellent choice to improve workplace motivation & wellness for your staff. The series begins by learning a 5-step grounding strategy to help improve your focus, creativity, productivity and mood during your day. We will build on that by learning about the significance of our bodies' messaging system and use this awareness to better respond to, rather than react to, life's stressors. Through a blend of personal reflection, practical strategies, habit formation tips and somatic practices, you will have the skills to keep you grounded during stressful situations and the tools to stop living on default and start living with purpose.
