The Green Zone Reset is a short, actionable course that helps you recalibrate your baseline so green becomes your default state, not an occasional rare moment. Goal: To give high-functioning people a practical toolkit to stop living in yellow. Gain supportive Body Intelligence practices to interrupt low-level stress instantly, rebuild clarity, and strengthen presence—anywhere, anytime This is not a course that you complete and are "fixed". These are physiological tools to help you re-train your stress baseline. By practicing them often, you will feel the impact of collecting small daily wins so that you can build up your capacity and be able to bounce back from yellow more quickly. In the course you will: - Have access to 8 short videos that teach different bite-sized practices - Have a guided worksheet to help you reflect and journal - Have a weekly tracker sheet to help you stay accountable and on track with your goals. - Have a sample day plan to demonstrate you how they can easily fit into your day. - Grow your nervous system literacy to grow your capacity and resiliency. By embedding these practices in your day, you get to better control stress and stay farther away from burnout. Ultimately, these tools help you live in GREEN more often - because everything grows in green. YOU get to influence your own nervous system. YOU are in control of your own Stoplight.
