Service Description

After completing the Embodiment Audit (allow 20 mins), we will have a collaborative session to explore your results together. We'll look at where your Body Intelligence is strongest and where it needs further development. We'll also clarify some current patterns, and map out a potential roadmap for how your embodiment can grow in a way that feels practical, supportive, and aligned with your goals. This is NOT a sales session. It’s a dedicated space to support you in making sense of what you felt during your Jumpstart and you Audit, deepen your self-awareness, and understand what embodied support could look like for you — whether or not you choose to continue coaching. Investment: $97 If you decide to move forward into a coaching package, this investment is fully credited toward your program.
